RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

 

At www.athomliving.com we offer an EASY refund and replacement policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return/ exchange items bought from www.athomliving.com.

 

 

By when can I return the products?

We accept returns, within 5 days of receiving the product, if you are not satisfied with the purchase, provided the product is unused and the packaging is intact.

 

What is the process of Return?

If you wish to return a product, just drop us an email at support@premierhouse.in with the details of your order:

  • Order no.
  • Product code of the product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Mode of refund – refund or credit (in case of prepaid orders)

We will initiate a pick-up request and arrange for the product to be picked up within 2-3 days of placing the request.

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel in case of pickup:

Please ensure your availability and keep the package ready to hand it over to the return team. On pickup, you will be receiving a receipt with the tracking no. of your return’s consignment. Please retain this till we confirm receipt of your consignment.

Once your order reaches our warehouse, after following the necessary QC procedures, we will initiate the refund/credit of the returned product.

 

Do I get a refund for the returned products?

On receiving the returned product, we will refund the full amount, deducting the return courier charges only.

The Refund will be processed to your account by the same mode as the payment was made, in case of COD, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

The Refund will be processed in 15 working days from the date receipt of the return parcel, provided the return product is unused and the packaging is intact.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order placed with us either by dropping us an email at support@premierhouse.in or Whatsapp us on +91 9632977333

 

 

 

What is the process for exchange?

If you wish to exchange a product, just drop us an email at support@premierhouse.in with the details of your order:

  • Order no.
  • Product code of the product you wish to exchange
  • Product code of the product you want in exchange for the previous product along with the Size and Fit.
  • Reason for exchange
  • Mode of refund – refund or credit (in case of prepaid orders)

We will initiate a pick up request and arrange for the product to be picked up within 2-3 business days of placing the request.

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel in case of pickup:

Once your order reaches our warehouse, after following the necessary QC procedures, we will initiate the dispatch of exchanged product.

 

The exchange will only be made if the returned product is found in the condition it was sent in, without being used and is passed through our QC. No refund/exchange will be issued if the products are found to have been used or damaged in any way by the customer. 

 

 

What if I want to return an item which was delivered in a damaged condition?

 

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise for a refund or an exchange.

Please mail to us the details of damage – with an image preferably and we will do the necessary check for damages after having it picked up. We will refund the shipping charges applicable to that item, if we are unable to exchange or replace the item. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
